# Startup Visa Program to Canada, North America

This Startup Visa Program is a PR program for 5 Founders with family and is based on an approved Startup with verifiable development and traction on a highly innovative product / concept utilizing the latest and best technologies offering significant economic advantages to the Canadian economy. Founders must be able to demonstrate a Minimum Viable Product at the screening stage.

PR is issued within 18 months-36 months of PR application and a work permit is also issued within 3 months of PR application. 

Please note, the Canadian Startup VISA program is for 2023 - 2025. There is a limited quota of 14,500 Founder applicants to immigrate to Canada, North America which is filling up quite very fast. Please apply at the earliest before the quotas get filled up.
