Timelines and stages are given** [**here**](/startup-visa-program-to-canada-north-america/stages-and-fees.md) This includes the cost of the incubator, the attorney fees for immigration and application fees to the Govt. and fees to the Startup for Product Development, Business Plan, Business Incorporation, Training and orientation, enabling this opportunity and utilizing its equity for the Founders immigration. Check the details [here.](/startup-visa-program-to-canada-north-america/services-included-in-total-fee.md) This does not include personal cost of travel, cost of post landing expenses whatsoever, cost of sustenance by the Founders etc., fee for Language certification, fee for Police clearance and Medical examination, Biometrics. Founders must be able to take care of these expenses on their own. This does not provide Founders with an income from the Startup. None of the costs are refundable once the process is initiated. The fee of USD 35,000 will not be refunded to the Founder if the Founder chooses to decline after depositing the fees. Refund is applicable in two stages - 1. Stage 1 if the Startup is not selected in the first interview. 2. Stage 2 if the PR application is rejected by IRCC two weeks after submission of the PR application. At this stage a service cost of USD 1200 will be retained and the rest will be fully refunded. ## Timeline Founders must be prepared to finish all the application process in 2 months from the time it is initiated. Work Permit will be available depending on the processing times taken by the Canadian Immigration authorities.
