Services included in total fee

The total cost of USD 35,000 covers all the services involved until the PR status as given below:

1	Product Development - innovative business concept using latest technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain in hot sectors like Robotics, Medical & Healthcare, Financial Markets, Fashion, Education, Transportation and other online consumer services which have a high growth potential and serving global customers.	MVP stage - making working product for the interview with incubator and initial verification by IRCC. Continued development and maintenance after PR application submission until PR is issued The cost includes salaries for development and maintenance team
2	Business operations	Server costs for hosting the application for 3+ years. Product promotion activity (paid promotions and staff costs) to gain initial market traction. Roles and activities on behalf of the Founders until PR is issued. While the Founders will work elsewhere, their engagement with the Startup will be planned and executed on their behalf in order to officially maintain their roles and responsibility as Founders.
3	Business Plan, Pitch deck	Pitch Deck for the first interview with the Incubator which presents the Business opportunity and size, the problem statement and solution, Target Audience and Marketing and Sales plan, Technology used, Financial projections etc. Detailed business plan - product development roadmap, operational roadmap, target audience, marketing strategies, service delivery, financial projection, Roles and Responsibilities of all the Founders and future growth plans.
4	Incubation Fee	Interview, Product validation, Letter of Support, Mentoring the Founders.
5	Attorney Fee	Documents verification, processing and filing to the IRCC
6	Govt. Fee	Application fees for primary applicant and dependents.

Supporting services: Apart from the above paid services, we also provide training on the product and business to face the interview, English language practice materials and support, Free Expert Guidance and consultation to help Founders prepare the documents for PR application and work permit which otherwise will cost you around USD 500 per hour, Post landing support to get in touch with job recruitment agencies.

Not included in the fee : The fee does not include personal cost of travel, cost of post landing expenses whatsoever, cost of sustenance by the Founders etc., fee for Language certification, fee for Police clearance and Medical examination, Biometrics. Founders must be able to take care of these expenses on their own.
